What Should I Expect In Service?
We are a Pentecostal, charismatic church. We believe in and allow the leading of the Holy Spirit in our services and our lives. We also believe in the power of healing, so we exercise our faith in Christ by the laying on of hands. KLC Family is a church that believes in the entirety of the bible. John 1:1 states that in the beginning was the word, the word was with God, and the word was God. The word of God is our guide. Mark 11:17 says that HIS house shall be called a house of prayer. We are convinced everything should be covered in prayer. Some of our KLC Family arrive early to pray, then at 10:30 we begin our service with the reading of scripture, followed by corporate prayer. Also, during this time we give everyone an opportunity to give. It is not mandatory that you give but we do encourage it because this is a great way in which you can be apart of what the kingdom of God is doing. We do not take anything from you but give you the opportunity to give by bringing your offering up to the front . Following the offering and prayer we join our praise team in a time of worship through song in which there is freedom to worship anyway you like. Then Pastor Tinker will share a word that will inspire, and challenge you to follow after Christ. KLC’s goal is to train disciples for Christ. We believe this is the soul purpose of man kind to become disciples of Christ Jesus.
What About Tithes & Offering?
We at Kingdom Life Church do not “Take up” offering, we ask that those that want to give, so we provide baskets at the altar for giving. Most of our KLC Family choose to give when we are invited up to pray. We like to give everyone an opportunity to give, we do encourage our KLC Family to give because we know that it is a great honor to be able to give, but we want you to know that you do not have to give.
